Qualifications :
- Male
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree
- Minimum of 3 Years in HR Role handle recruitment, trainer, talent development, or a related HR function
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Preferably TOT (Training of Trainers)
- Understand the preparation and implementation of KPI
- Understand ISO 14001, 9001 and 45001
- Able to operate the Ms. Office
- Able the communicate in English both spoken and written
- Able to work in a team or independently
- Good attitude, disciplined, responsible and teamwork player
- Willing to stay in Bintan Island – Riau island Province
Job Overview :
- Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and hire top talent
- Contribute to talent development programs, including identifying training needs and assisting with program implementation
- Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidate, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Participate in the onboarding process for new hires
- Support with maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Work collaboratively with other departments to identify and address talent gaps or issues
