Qualifications :
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years experience as Customer Service or Admin

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (Both spoken and written)
- Strong customer service skills, cooperative attitude, able to multi-task & working detail oriented
- Fast learning, analytic, self initiative
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for commercial document
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filling, and document preparation
- Submit Quotation, follow up and communication with customer
- Always oriented to customer service and satisfaction
